  When I first saw Heartcore, all I could think was, "OH that has what I have been missing!" Megaformer is a game changer for me, love it, would love to do it every day, would love to eventually become an instructor and expose this wonderful workout to anyone I know! The instructor at the RWC location was Crystal, who was awesome, super informative, helpful, and positive. After taking class the next day was ready to sign up for my next one...why missing a star? For someone on a budget that can't afford packages where you can sign up for multiple classes at a time, it's difficult to get into a class at an ideal time, even a week ahead. Stoked for the owners that they have had such success and it is completely understandable it is so popular, but for someone such as myself who would like to get this workout at least 3 times a week but on a budget, I'm worried I won't be able to ever get into classes I want. As a newcomer I guess I will accustom to the flow and get in where I fit in on wait-lists, but I am willing to try! Bottom line, the work out is worth trying for anyone of any level, and the level of intensity is what you make of it. Love it!!
